The Dixie-Anna C. Spencer Memorial Fund

The Dixie-Anna C. Spencer Memorial Fund was established in 2003. We are registered as a nonprofit organization in the Commonwealth Of Pennsylvania.

The fund was established shortly after the death of Dixie-Anna. The primary focus
of the fund is to help fund education and outreach programs in the area of Child Abuse, Neglect, and Homicide.
